Farmer A is under 40 and wants to purchase a 6kW Single Phase System on a standard, corrugated farm roof.  Currently the farmer uses 30,000 units (kW) of electricity by day and 22,000 units (kW) of electricity by night. The farmer is able to avail of the TAMs funding.

Vat reclaim for farm capital expenditure €877.50
TAMS grant (60%) €3,900.00
